Seasoning your merit non stick cook ware before using it, prolongs the life of it. It is a very easy process, wash this cookware with soap water and wipe dry it. Now apply little oil to teh entire surface with a soft cloth. Then keep the cookware on stove for about one minute and allow it to cool down naturally. Wash the cookware with soap water again and wipe dry it. Repeat this process for a few more times. Now your merit cookware is ready to use.
