SUGAL FINANCE LTD was established in the year of 1989 as a sole proprietorship firm. On incorporation, it was named “Sugal Finance Credit And Investment Private Ltd”. In the year of 19the February 1990 was the date of incorporation. On 17 March 1993, change of name was effected as “SUGAL FINANCE PRIVATE LTD”. On 11 May 1993, it was converted from a Private Limited company to a Public Limited company under section 44 of the companies act, 1956. The company is an authorized full-fledged moneychanger. It has an auto division also. Both divisions are performing well.The company is professionally managed under the guidance of Board of Directors, who have rich experience in various fields, such as Finance, Banking, etc. The day-to-day management of the company is taken care of by the two executive Directors, Shri K. Suresh Kumar Jain and Shri B. Hemanth Kumar, both of whom have very wide experience in the fields of finance and allied activities.
Sugal Finance Limited is an enterprise belonging to the reputed group “Sugal and Damani”. The Chairman, Shri N. Sugal Chand Jain, has wide experience in the financial field for more than 25 years.
