After catering OEM demand for a period of more than 10/12 years we secured complete technology to manufacture camshafts and master cam.

In next phase of development we aimed at manufacturing multi cylinder camshafts for tractors and automobiles. We have so far developed more than 70 different camshafts for domestic and international market. Few of them are listed separately.

The quality of our camshafts conform strictly to OEM specifications wherever they are available. We have also developed camshafts from sample piece by reverse engineering without any problem. We source or raw material from sample piece by reverse engineering without any problem. We source our raw material from OEM approved sources to ensure guaranteed performance of the product. We have a capacity to manufacture around 25000 pieces of these camshafts per annum.

Some of the prestigious developments undertaken at our workshop are,

• Prototype 3 cylinder camshafts for Hindustan Motors Ltd., Pitthampur for their new petrol engine,which was tried successfully in their engine.
• 4 Cylinder Camshafts for Hindustan Motors Ltd., Calcutta for their new Ricardo engine diesel and petrol both.
• Camshafts for Lombardini engine of Greaves Ltd., Aurangabad and development of various cam profiles for them to achieve fuel efficiency.
• Kirloskar Cummins Ltd., Kothrud also entrusted development of their 6 Cylinder Camshafts to us. Besides we have also developed two types of fuel pump camshafts for them.
• Development of prototype camshaft for ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India) done at our shop.
• Development of 3 Cylinder Camshaft of Same Greaves Ltd., is also completed and routine production established.
• Inlet and Exhaust cams for HATZ engine we have developed.

We are also supplying camshafts to following OEMs,

• International Tractors Ltd., Hoshiarpur, Pupnjab, Kerala Agro Machinery Corporation, Kalamssery,
• SAME Greaves Tractors ltd., Ranipet, Tamilnadu.
• Greaves Ltd., LEU I, Aurangabad, Maharashtra

We have developed 16 different types of camshafts for M/s. Equatorial international Ltd., Pune for export and the same are exported to South America, UK and Australia. We have also organized exports of different types of camshafts to Turkey, SriLanka, Malaysia and Middle East countries through exporters in Bombay.
