I have taken my LLB and LLM degree from the university of Bombay and also passed my examination in philosophy from Pune Univeristy. I got enrolled as an advocate on 30th March, 1973 with bar council of Maharashtra and Goa and I started my practice in law both criminal and civil. However, i stopped taking criminal cases since 1986 and now i am practising only in civil laws, and i am specialised in rent control act i.e. disputes between landlord and tenant, matters relating to property and also cooperative matters relating to the Cooperative Socities and Cooperative banks. In addition to the aforesaid civil matters i am also taking matrimonial matters before family courts.
I am also taking matters relating to land acquistions, company matters, insolvency matters and filing writ petitions of various nature.
I have my office at Chembur since 1988 and i have one junior advocate, one clerk and a stenographer in my office. I also got additional clerk for checking the boards of high court and city civil courts.
