DEEPAK ENTERPRISES was established in the year 1981 by Mr. S.N. SAHAJWALA who had resigned from Premier Automobile Ltd, Meehanite Foundry after serving the organization for 28 years as head of their maintenance department. With his vast experience in the field of maintenance the firm started catering to all the foundries in the close vicinity of Mumbai for their upkeep of moulding machines. In the year 1987 Mr.D.S. SAHAJW ALA joined t}{e firm and the firm started supplying refurbished moulding machines of all reputed brands along with their spare parts to various foundries allover the country.The firm caters to the major foundries in all the Four Corners of the country and has to date sold more than 500 refurbished moulding machines of the following reputed brands, BRITISH MOULDING MACHINES, KUNKEL WAGNER, GUSTAV ZIMMERMAN, BMD, OSBORN, WESTERWORK, GEORGE FISCHER.
The USP of the firm is to supply refurbished machines with a performance guarantee of year with complete strip down inspection at unenviable pricing so as to benefit the foundrymen on saving a large chunk on their initial capital cost.
In the year 1998 the firm launched its own brand DT-3 a unique moulding machine designed to cater to a very wide range of moulds all under one single size. Already the firm has over 18-installed machine running at the following foundries across the country,

The response to this machine has been overwhelming and very positive with the end result that we are coming up with a smaller model DT-1 in the year 2003.
All complex castings like oil sumps, brake drums, clutch housings, engine blocks, etc can be easily accommodated on this with excellent mould compatibility.
In the year 2002 the firm located 2 nos. SRW Jolt cum rollover Jolters originally mfgd in Germany for a firm PTC INDUSTRIES Ltd., BHIW ADI and successfully refurbished the same for them. The capacity of the jolters is 3500 kgs. and can accommodate maximum box size of 2000 x 1600 mm.
The speciality of the firm is to cater for big moulding machines as well as their component development as it saves considerable cost for their customers.
