Mr. R C Rao
An Actuary by profession having about 40 years experience in the service industry. He also has a Double Masters Degree in Mathematics & Statistics. He is one of the promoters of the company & has been the vision behind the company. He advises the company on financial & legal issues.
Mr. Shailesh Karkera
An Economics Graduate having a Post-Graduate qualification in Financial Management and also a student of Actuaries having 10 years experience in the Finance Industry. He looks after the business development of the company.
Mr. Kalyan Rao
An MBA in marketing from Newport University (USA) having around 10 years experience in concept selling - conceptualizing, marketing and implementing Smart card based solutions. He has jointly promoted eSmart Infotech alongwith Mr. R C Rao. He looks after the day to day operations of the company.
Mr. Naresh Rao
An Electronics Engineer having around 6 years experience in the card industry specializing in the technological aspects of aspects of the readers and the printers required for the cards. He is the technology expert of the company.
