The firm that started as trading cotton fibre in 1942 soon extended to sybnthetic fibres, yarns, Industrial and filter fabrics, etc. and by decade Export, activities were undertaken. The firm became the largest exporter of specialized synthetic bye-product. G.J. Lodaya partner, aince inception, is now manging partner. By 1967 the allied chemicals were also included and operation of manufacturing was also initiated. Necesity to combat corrosion led to in-house innovation of "Everest" R.RCoating Anti-corrosive, for the first time in India. It has been specialized product exclusively available in proprietory Everest range which is totally indegenously developed by technical team headed by Mukesh G. Lodaya chemical Engineer, now partner in the firm.
This product initially was suited for heat at high temp upto 700'C i.e. 1320'F as well as corrosion was gradually by 78-79 updated also to withstand higher range of 800'C to 1000'C. This was subject to constant tests & trials and result was another very exclusive item; EVERST Coating to withstand temperature range upto 1200'C i.e. 2100'C. This was well received especially by corporate organistation in private and public sectors as well as Defence, Space and quite favourite of R. & D. As well as ISO set-ups. The firm has never looked back and this can now be has in temp ranges quite undreamt of upto 1500'C or even upto 1600'C. This is not all. Hoat resistance with Corresion Acid/AJK. Resist was demanded by clients. The problem was addressed too, and Everest Coatings include H.R.Coatings upto 400'C, 600'C etc. in Acid Resist grades.
