As the name suggests, the company is essentially manufacturing compression moulded products. The current products are phenolic-fabric based products, such as fibre bearing for steel rooling mills, fibre rods/bushes/tubes for electrical-mechanical and general purpose, fiber wheels for all type of heavy and light moving trollies, fibre shuttle block for all types of shuttles used in textile weaving looms, moulded article such as gear blanks, levers, key pads etc, for general application.
The company is a propreitory firm. Shri Shrikant Dighe, the propreitor, is in this line of phenolic compression moulding for the last 25 years. To manufacture laminate by moulding process in a positive mould which eliminates the trimming wastage, and saves the labour, is just an example of his pioneering efforts in this field.
The phenolic fabric based mouldings were available traditionally in brown, Dark Brown black and such darker shades only. The green and cherry red coloured shuttles as they are now very much available in textile weaving looms, is also a big example of his developments in the field which is widely acknowledged by the industry.
