Established in January 2002, Gripotex India Pvt Ltd in a short span of time is emerging as one of the leading manufacturers of wide range of narrow woven fabrics. Gripotex is expanding its network nationally with full focus towards the needs of an individual customer.Gripotex modern manufacturing unit is located in Nashik, just 180 kms from Mumbai and is equipped with the latest state of art computerized jacquard looms sourced from Taiwan.
The Team
A team of highly motivated, committed and trained professionals promotes gripotex. The three promoters have the actual line experience from 15 to 27 years. All of them had worked on top managerial positions in the different narrow woven fabric producing companies all these days. While working on the top ranks all of them have travelled foreign countries like USA, UK, Germany, France, Thailand, Hongkong, Nepal etc for getting advance and latest technical training in the area of narrow woven fabrics and some time for development of the business. In gripotex these three young professionals shoulders the responsibility of producing and providing the best quality in different kind of elastics and tape. Backed up with skilled, qualified and experienced technicians, we are confident of developing any special product. The sales team is comprised of experienced and dedicated technocrats and professionals who are commited to provide prompt, efficient and reliable sales and after sales service.
The R & D
Gripotex elastic will always be one step ahead with others due to continuous innovation in the products. Our R&D department will be constantly on a look out for new products, new raw material and new technology. so, we always welcome sampling of different tapes as a challenge.
The Quality Assurance
The ideal combination to ensure consistent good quality product is to have superior grade quality of yarn from best mills, best quality high tensile heat resistant rubber thread, best machines and of course trained, dedicated and alert manpower in all the departments.
All our products are tested at prescribed frequency for physical dimension of width and thickness, liner weight, weave per cm, breaking strength, elongation at break, load desired to produce specific elongation etc.,
We ensure that all our products are ecofriendly and are free from all hazardous chemicals like azo dye stuffs, formaldehyde etc.
To ensure consistency in quality, we have decided to go for ISO 9002 certification. The documentation part for ISO 9002 is in progress and Gripotex will be ISO 9002 company very soon.
