We are manufacturing leather hardware accessories like Metal Logos, Bag fitting, Bag Frame, Shoe Fitting and Trims), Belt Buckles, Garment Hardware Accessories, Brass Wire Products (D Ring, O Ring, Triangle, Square, Rectangular), Keychains and all types of small hardware accessories. Our production capacity is as follows:
Metal Logos : Two Lakh Pieces per annum
Bags Fittings : Fifty Thousand Pieces Per annum
Bags Frame : Twengy Thousand Pieces Per annum
Shoes Buckle : Two Lakh Pieces per annum.
Belt Buckle : Two Lakh Pieces Per annum.
In process quality control at all stages of production right from casting of brass hardware to the finishing of products. We are equipped with turning machines, surface grinder, power press and all types of hand press, centrifugal machine for all metal finishing and plating. The above machinery includes each and every equipment for the production of our products.
We have even exported our products. We are using Mild Stee, Stainless Steel, Brass Casting and Aluminium Casting for making our products.
