Hi-Tech Placements was founded by Lt. Col. V. B. Deshmukh, an Ex-Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Crops officer, on Oct 21, 1996, with a mission to provide suitable jobs to Engineering Community, and other professionals so that their expertise is identified and gainfully used by the Industry for national and global development. The other objectives of the company are to train and guide Engineers and Trainee Engineers , for their career development , to provide consultancy services and to conduct training programmes on productivity , quality, ISO and TQM.
We have a centrally located well established office in Pune city, with a computerized data bank. Our achievements in the past Six years are, collection of more than 30,000 CVs ,arranging interviews of 12,000 candidates , 1500 placements in progress out of which 1200 have physically reported. We have also signed a tie up with other two placement agencies in Pune , for mutual exchange of CVs and professionals for faster and better results.
