Worked for M.S. Parikh and Co; Chartered Accountants as their manager - audit and taxation. My work involved in handling entire audit assignments, company law procedure formalities, taxation and appearing before the taxation and department of company affair authorities.

Done my articleship with M/S S.B. Billimoria and Co; chartered Accountants. Through S.B. Billimoria, I gained experience my auditing accounts of various companies like Telco, Union Carbide, Voltas, Crescent Dyes and Chemicals, Baroda Rayon Corporation, Housing Development Finance Corporation and its subsidiary HDFC Developers.

During my third year of training, I was given independent in charge of audit including tax audit of union carbide-EMD plant at Thane, Baroda Rayon, Surat and HDFC developers, Mumbai. I also had the occassion to do the internal audit of Astra IDL, Unit Trust of India, Herdilia Chemicals and Richardson Hindustan.
