MASTER MOULDS PVT. LTD., was incorporated in the year of March 1997 as private limited company. The plot for the factory building was acquired in March 1997 and construction commenced in august 1997 commercial production commenced in October 1997. The factory building is constructed on a plot of 715 sq. mt. The built-up area is 2000 sq.ft. with an additional area of about 5000 sq.ft. for expansion.

Tool Room - Comprises of Surface Grinder, Lathe and EDM Machines
Moulding Shop - Comprises of 70 Ton Injection Moulding Machine
Inspection Room - Comprises of Trimos - Digital height measuring machine
CAD Centre - Auto Cad 2000.

The company has exported moulds and moulded parts to GE POWER controls at their plants in Germany, Poland and Italy.
Promoter's Background
Mr. Mudduraj C. Kulkarni (35 years) is a toold engineer from the reputed institute of NTTF. He joined M/s. Crompton Greaves Ltd., in Feb 1990. During his employment with M/s. Cromption Greaves Ltd., Mr. Kulkarni had an extensive experience of Tool Design, Manufacturing, vendor development, assembly lines commissioning. He was actively involved in many trouble shooting activities and also in ISO 9001 accreditation of M/s. Cromption Greaves Ltd. He also had extensive exposure to developments involving thermoplastic, themosets, Jigs, Fixtures and SPMS.
Mr. Shrikant H. Joshi (34 years) is also a tool engineer from the reputed institute of NTTf. he joined M/s. Cromption Greaves ltd., in September 1989. During his employment with M/s. Cromption Greaves Ltd., Mr. Joshi had an extensive experience of tool design, planning and manufacturing. He was actively involved in selection, commissioning, productionisation of CAD/CAM centre which involves Charmilles Wire Cut and Spart Erosion Machine, Deckel Maho Machining Centre, pro-Engineer Software. He has extensive hands on Experience on all these.
Both the promoters have extensive exposure to improvement management activities like Kaizen, 68, Value Engineering and Quality Circles.
