MEDIATORS AND AJANTHA SECURITIES PVT LTD, Aurangabad was founded by our illustrious Chairman Shri Uttamsingn Pawar, who is a renowned Industrialist and Social Worker. Mr. Uttamsingh Pawar started this security venture with meagre manpower and resources of 10 guards in 1974. However, due to his hardwork and sincere dedication, this small bud has bloomed into a big flower. Today the organisation has developed into a number one security orgaisation in Marathwada and number two in the state of Maharashtra employing more than 4000 persons on the role. the progress speaks for the hard work and dedication of Mr. Uttamsingh Pawar and his able team of professionals in the field of security.
Current Status
Diversification and continuous expansion is the part of an established company. With this vision in mind the company had palnned to expand its wings, in the Electronic Security Systems, Automatic Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems, Maintenance and training of workers was on the agenda. We are proud that we have achieved our goal and already have established a Training Institute of Aurangabad for our guards and Field Officers, under the supervision of Defence Personnel.

The aim of our company is to safe guard the Men, Material and Information of organisation against Violence, Theft, Sabotage, Subversion and assist the management in the Total Loss Control by providing effective and efficient Security Management, through motivation and training.

We,in our organisation sincerely follow some of the fundamentals which has withstood us and made our base strong. Some of these are as under:
- Security guards need to understand the learn that there is no friends, no one should be trusted blindly and depending on others for protection is anti-security attitude.
- We are of the view that a properly well trained security guard is better than 5 untrained persons.
