The year 1960 marked the birth of a company manufacturing metal labels and was named Metacarv derived from the metal as Meta and Carv as carving the projects the word and its actual meaning of metal name plates. It was the vision and dream of Mr. A.D. Das - the founder to serve the country's - Engg. Pharmaceutical, switchgears and consumer appliances units. Metacarv manufactures metal labels in various metals - Aluminium, Brass, Stainless Steel, Copper, Tin in Etched Finish, Embossed and Diamond Cut.

Directors of the Company and who started till now..

Mr.A.D. Das the founder director of the company - Metacarv who thrust hard and worked endless to uplift and make the company renowned to the various industries was joined by his sons later in the business of which one of them toured USA to further study in the fields of anodising which is the heart of this particular industry and after returning from USA., he with his hard working and principled personality introduced the technic and expertise. Here which saw the upliftment of the company by fulfillling the clients with good quality, various finish and prompt service. Today the company is managed by Mr. B.A. Das, the director, he also with his hind sight and hard working nature has continued the progress earnestly according to the trend set by the founder and other directors and till date he has expanded the company in various fields.

Staff

The company metacarv has sizeable capacity of well trained educated and hard working staff in various department like sales, purchases, stores, accounts and qualtiy control.

Employees

The company has well trained number of competent employees, above all there is one supervisor each for various production departments to assist them in anodising, finishing, printing, tool room and packing. This compromise employees of skilled, semi-skilled and helpers in their respective departments.
