We are glad to introduce ourselves as pattern makers making all types of pattern equipments for various Engineering industries allover India and abroad for the ..last forty-five years. Our main clients are Siemens.
India, Siemens Germany, Siemens Mexico, Crompton Greaves Ahmednagar, Batli Boi Surat and Bharat Bijlee Thane. The patterns we make are mostly for motor bodies, vacuum pumps, impellers, crank cases, valves, etc.
We have a plot of nearly 14,000 sq.ft. with 7,000 sq.ft. of constructed shed in Wagle Industrial Estate, thane. We have a total work force 9f 25 people at present with all the necessary machines required for making patterns such as Lathe machines, Drill machines, Milling machines, wood working machines, etc. At present, we make mostly Aluminium patterns, which have longer life compared to wooden patterns. We have an in-house facility for making Aluminium castings
for our Aluminium patterns, for this we have a small non-ferrous foundry making all types of non-ferrous castings.
We have made some Aluminium patterns of impeller casting for Elmo Nuremberg, Germany & endshield patterns for Siemens on CNC milling machines as required by our clients.
All the activities for constructing a pattern from layout stage to the final inspection stage are performed under one roof, which helps us to complete all our commitments as per schedule.
