Working Capacity

The Company has a trend of completing construction works of Residential and Commercial Complex's / Apartment to around 1.2 Lacs of FSI per year and in all the company has completed nearly 1000 flats and 200 shops i.e. approximately 8 to 9 Lacs of FSI till date. The Company has worked in the capacity of builders that is to say purchasing the land / plot with our own funds and thereby developing and constructing the residential cum commercial complex & then selling it in open market.

Technical Capacity

The company has the practice of carrying out Construction work department wise, that is to say the company is self reliant and possesses all the equipment's, machinery, centering scaffoldings, labours etc., with which the company does not find the need to employ any outside contractor for carrying out any sort of construction work. The company has in its employment the team of qualified Engineers, Architects, RCC Consultants & skilled workers who execute the work to the mark of perfection.

Material Procurement

The company has in its possession own dumpers for transporting the building materials to the required site with the help of the above dumpers the company is able to buy qualitative materials from the direct sources without involving middleman.

Capital Base

The Capital base of the company is quite strong and can execute the construction works to the tune of Crores.

Completed Projects

The Company has completed various projects at Ulhasnagar, Kalyan, Chembur, Mumbai etc. namely Pradnya Apartment, Nikhil Apartment, Sai Gram, Nikhileshwara Complex, Rameshwara Complex, Ishwara Enclave, Someshwara Apt. etc.
