Niyaz Apparels has stepped in to the world of garment industries as a garment manufacturer since 1986 with just 75 nos of sewing machines. Now with about 450 sewing machines and special machines.

As we have to fulfill customer requirement and to raise the production capacity M/s Beeku Exports has been setup with an area of about 40000 sq.ft accommodate nearly 500 machines. From both the unit an average of 150000 pcs of garment is shipped every month.

As to facilitate the garment production, an in-house garment-processing unit Pacific Garment Processor has been set up to carry out all kind of washing. This unit is up to the standard of M/s Columbia sportswear company, M/s The Gap Inc and gives an output of 3000 pcs/day.

Re-sourcing:

Niyaz Apparels and its units are well equipped with own in-built store for fabric and accessories which allows them to store /handle all necessary requirement to complete one particular order in the stipulated time.

We are resourced with both local market and foreign market i.e. South East Asia and Europe union with all kinds of fabrics, trims and special accessories. With the backing of the supplier we are able to provide a good quality of garments with cent percent satisfaction to the buyer/customer.

Design Center:

We have an excellent and specialized CAD division, which modulate with modern technologies and support us to get the high quality of garments and facilities to produce multiple styles. With these we take care to provide finest impact on sampling and styling. The Digitizer is employed in capturing our experiences of hand pattern piece and the plotter provides an optimum media utilization layouts and cutting pattern.

Infrastructure:

Our-in-house infrastructure is equipped with latest manufacturing machines from Juki, Brother which are of an International quality and maintains standard of excellence. With this we have a well-trained and skilled team of garment professional go hand with entrepreneurial experience to achieve an excellent high quality product.
