NUMAG DATA SYSTEMS PVT. LTD (NUMAG) is a professional organisation promoted by technocrats with vast experience in computers and telecom related products design, manufacturing and marketing. The Company is currently manufacturing and marketing
a number of products, with special emphasis on PC Security products and PC addon boards and Microprocessor based systems. The Company has taken up a number of projects with total
hardware and software design to create vertical market solutions as well as custom applications.
NUMAG undertakes design and developrrient contracts for developing
niche market products, including Hardware and Software design. Subsequent manufacturing and testing of PCBs can also be undertaken.
A separate software division under the name of NUTRAX SOFTWARE PVT LTD undertakes embedded system software, telecom software and real time software develoment activities.The projects which have been done on contract basis include the following:
Design and Development of an embedded controller based Automatic Vehicle Monitoring system using Motorola Trunking Radios and third party Map software on PC and GPS receiver .
Design and development of a GPS data collector for use by cartographers using a GPS receiver.
Design and development of a Digital data collector and Control monitoring system based on VHF Transceivers-
Development of system software for a standalone intelligent payphone with advanced features such as LCD colour display, built-in modem, downloading of advertisements into the PC, Bill generation and bill printing for calls made, coin and smart card
based billing, management reporting and remote programming of features either through RS 232 or through Modem connection.
Development of RS 232/RS 485 network between Numerically Controlled" machines and PC for the purpose of downloading and uploading NC machine programs.
Design and development of a portable, battery operated
temperature monitor for aircraft cabin temperature monitoring, for Indian Air force. It communicates with PC through serial port under control of a user friendly
application software .
Design and development of a PC add-on board and related
system and application software for a PC based closed loop Aircraft Pilot Fitness testing system for Indian Air force.
Design and development of system software for a 48 line key telephone system for a private sector company in India.
Design and development of Telephone Line Monitor for a
private sector company in Switzerland. The product is designed around a microprocessor with power saving features and battery backed RAM. It connects to the telephone line in
parallel and collects all call information and stores in battery backed RAM for subsequent downloading into PC through serial port under control of a user friendly software.
