True to its name, Oasis was the only restaurant on Church Street,when it was started in 1981. Although the fare is seafood, it has been an ace multi-cuisine restaruant.
Among sea food specials, fish curry rice is the gourmets choice fish peshawar is a heavy dish, which is garnished with tomato and other vegetables. It is prepared with trimmings of Afghan Style.
A major clientele of the restaurant comprises of Keralites, corporate clients and family crowd. Most of the dishes are prepared in kerala style. Kerala Parathas and rice top the list. Considerng this, it is not a surprise that the menu includes boiled rice, which goes well with fish curry.
