"Oscar Ultrasonics Private Limited" is the brainchild of a group of people who came out of a well-known unit on account of closure of its manufacturing facility in November 1996. The above said group of dedicated people set up 'Oscar Ultrasonics' a partnership firm on 1st November 1996 with a primary objective to manufacture ultrasonic equipments particularly ultrasonic cleanings systems.
The firm received overwhelming response from various quarters, which has given the management immense satisfaction and motivation to march on. Looking at the growth opportunities, they incorporated the company "Oscar Ultrasonics Private Limited" on 22nd January 1999.
"Oscar" is unique in its structure with 100% worker participation. The entire management and technical staff by virtue of their past experience of over 25 years, in the field of ultrasonic, is the back bone of this organization.

Shar Centre, Sriharikota, the organization of national importance is the first to approve Oscar at its infant stage and awarded a contract for two machines and having satisfied with the quality and performance of the equipments placed a REPEAT ORDER.
