Mr. Dipak R. Shah, the chairman of the company is based in Mumbai. He is a well known personality in the field of Pest Management in India and Abroad. With M.S. in Agri Engineering from Washington State University, USA has over 36 years of rich experience in various aspects of pest management. He is one of the founder members of the Indian Pest Control Association, , a past president, and served the managing committee from 1967. Mr. Shah has special training in General Pest Control and Fumigation from IGSRI, Hapur. He is a recognized Technical Expert by PPQ&S, Ministry of Agriculture, Govt of India. Mr. Shah is the founder Trustee of National Institute of Pest Management and Research.
Mr. K. Raghunandan Rao the Managing Director and the main promoter of the company, has pursued Pest Control Technology from Purdue University, USA, besides 34 years of Pest Control experience. He is also accomplished with MBA and training in pest control and fumigation from CFTRI Mysore. Techinical Expertise of Mr. Rao has been certified by PPQ&S Ministry of Agriculture, Govt of India. He has served on the BIS Panel of the sub-committee administering the specifications for Anti-termite treatment of buildings. Mr. Rao is also the founder and the Managing Trustee of National Institute of Pest Management and Research, Chennai.
Both these gentlemen have held very senior top management positions with distinction and have the requisite experience and expertise in Pest Management to offer high quality service to the customers. There are many experts on the PMC Board of Directors Top Management Team who carry with them complete technical knowledge and experience between 25 to 40 years in Pest Management by virtue of their distinguished track record of holding very senior and responsible positions in reputed PCOs.
