Mr. Gokhale has had 16 years experience in a diverse mix up functions at Crompton Greaves Limited. He handled various functions such as Vendor development, purchase, quality assurance and technical training. He was the Management Representative of the Product Sourcing Group of Crompton Greaves engaged in procurement of fans from various sub-contractors. The group received its ISO 9002 certification in Jan'1996. In addition he was actively involved in achieving the ISO 9001 certification for the Fans & Appliances Division of Crompton Greaves. Mr. Gokhale conducted ISO 9000 training across the Fan Division, as well as, at the sub-contractor sites. He was the member of Corporate Quality Audit Team & has conducted Internal Audits, both at Pre and Post certification stages of various other divisions of Crompton Greaves Ltd. such as lighting, motors, transformers and marketing regions.
