Before the firm was establihsed Mr. Raghunathan was a junior partner for four years, In a leading firm of Chrtered Accountants in Chennai, who are expert in the field of Tax Planning in Many Corporate, Individuals apart from carrying out audit, consultancy in field of Accountancy, Stores Accounting, Established systems in many areas.

Mr. Raghunathan has worked for three years as a Accounts officer with M/s. Western Coal Fields Ltd. One of the largest government of India undertaking, Looking after finance, Banking Budgetary control etc. In one of the area office consisting of around l38 collieries under its control. He had the distinction of finalising the bookis of accounts for all the 38 collieries for three years and got the same audited with in the span of seven months, which was found to be most difficult task at that time, since the company was yet to stabilize its accounting system then.

As an associate of M/s. Thakur Vaidyanathan Aiyar & Co. on all India firm of Chartered Accountants (who are also the associate of TGI International an International firm of Accounts), have carried out large audit, consultancy for Government projects under world bank scheme for formulating and implementing accounts systems and also training the government employees studing the system existing and formulating new ones. Also had the experience of auditing and finalising the accounts of companies viz: SRF Ltd., Hindustan Tele Printers Ltd., State Trading Corporation Ltd., Central Warehouse Corporation Ltd., Travancore Tea Estate Ltd., IDPL Ltd., Etc.

Further in association with the abaove firm have done a special audit for Container Corporation of India Ltd. Tribal Welfare Co-op Federation of India Ltd., both Government companies. Nature of work done was studying the method of charging the freight from customers for the containers/ flats and wagons etc. and studying the system of procurement and distribution of various forest procedure. After a through study of the system suggestions we made in the system of puprchase and distribution which were well received implemented by Government Company.

In the field of auditing for the banks,Mr.Raghunathan has rich experience by auditing various branches of various banks such as Balance Sheet Audit (which usually takes place at the end of every financial year) Revenue Audit, Surprise Inspection, Stock Audit, for Canara Bank, State Bank of India, Indian Bank, Bank of Baroda, Uco Bank, Union Bank of India, Vijaya Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, etc.
