After passing MBBS i did my internship at Govt. General Hospital Gulbarga. Being a Govt hospital the input of patient was high, with a heavy workload and a free hand. This helped me a lot to improve my basic skills in all fields of medicine. Especially my posting in surgery and casually sharpened my surgical skill.

Then I worked in two hospitals in department of paediatrics, Medicine and ICCU. My posting in Cooper Hospital ICU sharpened my skill in managing serious patients, with medical problem like heart attack, poisoning etc.

After that i worked as a medical officer on the rigs. This helped me to improve my communicaiton skills, storing of data and emergency skills. Here my worked involved data keeping of all employees, managing all minor injuries and sickness, and shifting anything major. Here i was handling lot of cases, of minor surgeries and foreign body removal from hands and eyes. I did lot of medical evacuation from the rigs, this has helped me in managing properly, shifting of serious and injured patients. Also i was doing the same when i was the doctor on ICCU Ambulance of Bachha's Clinic Marine Lines, during one of my short posts there.

Today my work is the most versatile, where i see newborn to very old patients. I treat all medical problems possible under the office practice of a family physician and refer the complicated ones. I also do minor surgeries, like stitching and stapling of cuts and lacerations, incision and drainage of abscess, foreign body removal etc. major surgical cases are referred rightly.

I speak fluently Hindi, English, Sindhi and Kannada. I can also understand marathi , Gujrathi, Punjabi, Telgu etc very well and speak them broken.
