We started in a small way in the year 1975 at Andheri, suburban of Mumbai. Presently our activities of designing and manufacturing are carried out in our fully equipped plant of 10,000 sq meter area in Khopoli.
Our products are manufactured with the help of automatic and semiautomatic imported machines of reputed manufacturers in this field like M/S Kanthalal of Sweden and GE of USA. Our products are backed by advanced Engineering and Manufacturing technology. To illustrate this we anneal these elements at or upto 1100 deg C in a controlled reducing atmosphere and subsequently water cool them in GE make belt furnace. This is done to achieve desired consistency in insulating properties and better finish.
Our electric heaters and heating elements are widely used in the plants, machinery and equipment used in textile, nylon, cement, chemical and many more industries. These heaters and heating elements are regularly used in the plants ane equipment manufactured by Air Conditioning and Refreigeration Industry and also by the manufacturers of Domestic Appliances. We undertake work of hard anodising and teflon coating on various industrial, domestic components and appliances.
We follow Indian Standards or International standards such as VDE, CSA and UL as per the requirements of our clients. We are equipped with necessary test facilities and machinery to conduct the tests demanded in above standards.

Our Electric Division manufactures and supply Electric Heating Elements to reputed manufacturers of branded goods in India. We cater to meet their requirements for original equipment or for replacement purposes in the areas of domestic and Industrial Applications.
