UNICORN SERVICES is a consultant for housekeeping and interior decorations. It was started in the year 1990. We are having around 150 staff members to run the organization. As you are probably aware, Outsourcing of many auxiliary and support services is fast becoming an inherent thought process of corporate management today. This, as indicative, is to assure quality and committed service and the increased focus on the core activity of the company. Contractual Housekeeping is one of the most necessary and integral support services that has come to stay in the present corporate environment.
We would like to introduce Unicorn Services as a Housekeeping service provider, based in Chennai since 1990. This agency was a natural outcome of the professional background of the proprietor.
Ms. Malhotra is a three-year diploma holder from the Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai.(1984) Her professional experience includes working as a Housekeeping supervisor at the Chola Sheraton (1984 - 1986/87) and as Dept. Dy. and Head at the Ambassador Pallava, (1987-1990), in Chennai.
Our areas of focus are corporate office housekeeping and care taking of corporate transit accommodation. In addition we are also expanding our services to cover more related activities that may come under the facility management of an establishment and coordinate the same. The annexure contains further details of the services offered within this scope.
Presently, we are operating with a manpower strength of about 100 persons in different categories.
They are skilled and semi - skilled.
The attendants are in uniform.
The supervisors are mobile and motorized two wheelers and are easily accessible being connected by pagers.
We use quality equipment and materials.
We have checklist systems and on the job as well as exclusive training of our personnel.
