Let me introduce myself, i.e. Mr. P.B. Kothari, the proprietor of M/S Utkarsha Management Consultants to you. I am a commerce graduate, with master degree in personnel management, and LLB with specialization in labour laws. I started my employment career, with M/S Bajaj Tempo Limited, Akrudi Pune 411 035, in their Personnel department and Personnel Assistant and left the organization and joined M/S Tasty Bite Eatables Limited, A/P Yawat, Tal Dalund, Dist Pune as Manager Personnel and administration.
I had left this organization, after over 2 years and joined M/S Z.F. Steering Gear India Limited, At Vadu, Post Koregaon Bhima, Tal Shirur Pune as Manager Personnel and Administration. Later I joined M/s. Elpro International Ltd. and gain experience for a period of over 7 years.
After gaining handsome experience of 14 years in HRD/Personnel/Industrial Relations/Labour Laws/ESI/PF etc. with above name different organizations, having their unique approach towards HRD and Industrial Relations, I started my own full time profession and management consultants, labour laws for HRD/Personnel/Industrial relations, ESI/PF activities and related liasoning work with Government labour office and joint directorate - industrial safety and health department in the year 1989, with name and style of M/S Utkarsha Management Consultants.
At present I am operating at 3rd Floor, Lunawat Plaza, Near Hotel Alok, Near PMC, Shivaji Statue Chowk, Shivaji Nagar, Pune 411 005, since 1996.
