Variety Metals Pvt. Ltd. started the manufacturing activities on 23rd December, 1987 by installing most modern indigenous Oil Hydraulic Extrusion Plant at PUNE. Within a span of just two years, the Company has made remarkable progress supplying its products to various reputed Private/Public/Railway/ Defence Industries situated allover India. Our machinery and equipment equal the best and the most up to date in the country, this combines with the skill of our experienced staff and the stringency of our quality control systems to produce non-ferrous semies of the highest quality.
Manufacture
Rigid control is maintained at every stage, with expert supervision, to ensure high quality of raw materials, correct melting practice, hot extrusion, cold drawing. The result-desired uniform chemical composition and accurate physical properties, bright surface finish and freedom from defects throughout.
Quality Control.
In order to maintain the standard of product quality variety has uptodate chemical laboratory to check chemical composition and a metallographic laboratory to study Micro-structures, Universal Tensile Testing machine is used to check tensile properties and Izod impact testing machine is used to check the Izod values of material used in forging, especially L.P.G. Values.

PRODUCT RANGE :
1. RODS:
In round, square, hexagonal or any other regular or irregular sections, in sizes varying from 2.5 mm to 75 mm (circumscribed dia.) having tolerances as specified in ISS : 2826, and to the specific requirement of customers.
2. HOLLOW RODS:
In round, hexagonal and square shapes in sizes ranging from 30 mm to 70 mm. O.D. with Min. I.D. = 16 mm. dia.
3. TUBES:
In round shapes varying from 10 mm to 60 mm outside dia. with 15 SWG to 5 SWG wall thickness. In square, rectangular shapes varying from 0 mm to 50 mm outside dia. with 15 SWG to 5 SWG wall thickness.
