Vidushi Wires Pvt. Ltd. is a leading wire drawing processor in India establishing our works in 1989 in the name of Archi Steel Wires Pvt. Ltd. to manufacture wire / bar in different grades and sizes ranging from 0.80mm to 24.00mm.
Our present production capacity of wire is 500 metric tones per month. Our product application includes cold heading wire for fastener, spring steel wire, umbrella wire, ball bearing wire, flattening quality wire, spoke wire, link chain wire, bucket handle wire catering to the requirement of automobile, power, construction and engineering industry.
We have got world class infrastructure for drawing of Wire of various sizes with very good surface finish, excellent mechanical and metallurgical properties. Our manufacturing process includes acid pickling plant, wire drawing Machines, Spherodise annealing furnaces for heat treatment of wire, Straightening and Cutting machines for straight bar.
We have got well equipped laboratory with metallurgical, Mechanical and Chemical testing facilities assuming best quality to our esteemed customers for successful product acceptance.

Raw Material (Wire Rod) Inspection and Testing → Acid Cleaning → Phosphating → Wire Drawing → Annelaing / Pettenting → Wire Drawing → Final Inspection and Testing → Packing → Despatch.
