Rakholi Plant (Spinning and Texturising)

Polyester Partially Oriented Yarn (POY) Spinning line are from Reiter, Germany and Teijuin-Seiki, Japan. This versatile plant spins speciality filament yarns like Micro Polyester POY, Dope dyed POY, Cationic Dyeable POY, Bright and Trilobal POY, Dope Dyed Bright Trilobal FDY and monofilament yarn.

Polyester Filament Yarns (PFY) are made by spin draw process as well as draw twisting process. Most advanced Teijin-Seiki, Japan, technology is used to manufacture premium quality Fully Drawn Yarn (FDY) in dope dyed as well as Bright and Trilobal lusters. Draw Twisting machines from Himson-Scrag and Barmag manufacture Polyester flat yarns.

Draw Texturising machines from Himson-Scragg, Barmag and Murata, produce yarns at high speed. Murata machine is designed to produced speciality yarns.

Hi-Tech AIKI Air-texturising machines are employed to manufacture high quality Air-texurised raw whwite, dyed and fancy yarns in semi-dull and bright lusters.
